Start of Season Letters Went Out!

The start of season letters went out on 7/1. Most of them were delivered by email, so please check your email! If you do not provide an email on the participant contract, then a physical letter was mailed. If you did not receive the start of season letter, you can download it from the link below or from the Documents and Forms page.

Some of the key points in the letter are:

Mandatory Equipment Handout – 7/22 and 7/23

     6:00-8:00PM at Roberts Cabin – Veterans Memorial Park

     Must have Fundraising Money - $60 per child

     Must be ready to sign up for Parent Participation

Start of Practice – August 3rd (Tentative Location - Veterans Memorial Park. More Info at Equipment Handout!)

Start of Season – 9/6 – Labor Day Weekend

Upcoming Football Camp!!!!

The RH Jr Royal Comets would like to inform you about a football camp being hosted by the Henrietta Recreation Department!

The Henrietta Recreation Department is offering non-contact Youth Football camps for boys entering grades 3 - 6 from July 20 – July 23. The camp will be held at the Rush-Henrietta Senior High School under the direction of R-H Varsity football Coach Joe Montesano. A typical daily session will include warm-up conditioning, individual instruction in blocking, tackling, running form, passing, receiving, punting, kicking, and position specific fundamentals. Helmets and shoulder pads will be provided. Each participant will receive a camp tee shirt.

The fee for Henrietta resident is $40. The fee for non-residents is $44.

Camp Dates & Times
Monday July 20 – Thursday July 23 from 6 PM to 8 PM

Registration: Begins April 20, 2009 for Henrietta Residents only. Open registration begins April 27th for non-residents. Registration will take place at the Henrietta Town Hall, or may be mailed to the Henrietta Recreation Department, 475 Calkins Road, Henrietta, 14467, 359-2540. Please make checks payable to “Town of Henrietta”. *There is a $10 processing fee for all refunds.

The RH Jr. Royal Comets coaches strongly suggest that our “B” and “C” team players plan to attend this camp. It will provide you with some great instruction and give you a head start to a successful 2009 season.
